What Your Role Involves

As a Senior UX/UI Designer for Farera, you'll be the creative force behind the intuitive and engaging user interfaces that define our product. Key Responsibilities

Lead the design of compelling, user-centric interfaces for our online flight booking platform, ensuring they are intuitive, accessible, and delightful.
Utilize Figma to collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to prototype and iterate on design solutions.
Conduct user research and testing to gather insights and validate design concepts.
Create a consistent and scalable design system that ensures a cohesive experience across all customer touchpoints.
Collaborate with the development team to ensure designs are implemented according to specifications and maintain high fidelity to the user experience.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, continually pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in UX/UI design.

What You'll Need to Succeed

Extensive experience as a UX/UI designer, with a portfolio that showcases a deep understanding of design principles and a track record of delivering elegant solutions.
Proficiency in Figma, with experience in using the tool for designing, prototyping, and collaborating in a team environment.
Demonstrated copywriting proficiency, capable of crafting compelling narratives and clear calls-to-action that enhance user interface design and elevate the overall user experience.
Strong grasp of user-centered design methodologies, usability principles, and mobile-first and responsive design practices.
Ability to interpret complex user needs and business objectives into an effective, user-friendly interface design.
Exceptional visual design skills, including attention to detail and an eye for typography, color, and layout.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and iterate based on feedback.
