How do I apply a promo code or voucher to my booking?

How do I apply a promo code or voucher to my booking?

If you received a voucher from us as part of a refund or compensation, please keep in mind that it is tied to the original passenger name and email address used in the booking. This means the voucher can only be used when booking with the same passenger details and email. Enter the voucher code in the payments area at checkout and the corresponding amount will be deducted from your total. If the voucher doesn't cover the full amount, you can pay the remaining balance with your regular payment method.


Please note that promo codes and vouchers cannot be applied after the booking has been completed. Make sure to enter your code before finalizing your payment. Each code can typically only be used once and may have an expiration date, so we recommend using it as soon as possible.


If your code doesn't seem to work, it may be due to an expiration date, a minimum purchase requirement, or specific conditions such as applicability to certain flights or routes.
