How do I request an invoice?

Requesting an invoice is easy and can be done once your booking is complete and your tickets have been issued. Please note that invoices can only be generated after the sale is finalized, so the option will not be available while your booking is still being processed.


Log in to MyArea and go to the Overview section of your booking. On the right-hand side, next to the payment breakdown, you'll see a button labeled "Do you need an invoice?". Click it to get started.


You'll be prompted to enter the necessary billing information, such as your fiscal ID, full legal name, and company details if applicable. Make sure all the information is accurate, as the invoice will be generated based on what you provide and cannot be easily modified afterwards.


Once submitted, we'll prepare your invoice and deliver it to you within 24 to 48 business hours. You'll be able to access it both in MyArea and through the notification center.


If you need the invoice for business or tax purposes, we recommend submitting your request as soon as your tickets are issued to avoid any delays. If you have any issues with the invoice request process, feel free to reach out to our support team through MyArea.
