How do I request an invoice?

Requesting an invoice is easy and can be done once your booking is complete and your tickets have been issued, as the sale is only finalized at that point. Simply log in to MyArea on Farera. On the right-hand side of your booking summary—next to the payment breakdown—you’ll see a button labeled “Do you need an invoice?”

Clicking this will prompt you to enter the necessary billing information, such as your fiscal ID, full legal name, and company details (if applicable). Once submitted, we’ll prepare your invoice and deliver it to you within 24 to 48 hours via MyArea and the notification center.

If you need the invoice for business or tax purposes, we recommend submitting your request as soon as your tickets are issued.
