Fare Rules

Fare Rules

1. Travel Conditions

When you purchase an airline ticket through farera.com, operated by MicroSignals, Inc., you enter into a contractual agreement directly with the airline. It is crucial to understand the fare rules associated with your ticket, as these dictate the terms of your travel, including ticket validity, changes, and cancellations. We strongly recommend that you visit the airline’s official website to review the complete fare rules and conditions of carriage.

2. Ticket Confirmations and Changes

Once your ticket is confirmed, airline’s change and cancellation penalties and restrictions apply. Most tickets are non-refundable. Voluntary changes to your reservation after purchase may result in additional costs or fees, depending on the new itinerary. Should the airline’s rules permit changes or refunds, MicroSignals will apply a service fee in addition to any charges imposed by the airline.

3. Ticket Transfer and Adjustments

Tickets are non-transferable. Any name changes or adjustments may not be guaranteed and could incur penalties.

4. Preferences and Assignments

Meal and seat preferences are not guaranteed. Airfares and flight availability are not guaranteed until purchased. Seats are assigned at check-in, unless purchased separately.

5. Electronic Ticketing

You will be issued electronic tickets and therefore no tickets will be mailed to you. We will send you a confirmation of your travel itinerary via email once the tickets have been confirmed by the airline.

6. Baggage Rules

Always review conditions and limitations on the airline's website before departure to ensure you are aware of their specific rules regarding checked and cabin baggage, baggage size, weight, and any associated fees.

7. Travel Documents

It is the passenger's responsibility to make sure you have all necessary travel documents in your possession at check-in. Please verify the visa requirements for all your stops as some of the countries may require a transit visa. Some countries may require a Visa and/or medical card.

8. Identification and Check-in

A government-issued photo ID is required at check-in. For certain tickets, a passport valid for at least six months beyond your return date may also be required. We recommend arriving at the airport three hours prior to your scheduled departure.

9. Flight Times Update

While we will display the correct departure time at the time of your reservation, please note that airlines frequently update flight times and numbers. We cannot be held responsible for these changes. We advise checking with your airline before departure to confirm any schedule updates.

10. One-Way Travel

Travel restrictions may apply to one-way tickets. It is your responsibility to ensure that you meet all entry requirements for your destination when traveling on a one-way ticket.

By purchasing a ticket through Farera.com, you agree to these fare rules.
