Once your order is confirmed and your payment has been pre-authorised, you’ll receive two emails from us:
1. Booking in Progress – The first email, sent from confirmation@farera.com, confirms that your booking is being processed.
2. Ticket Confirmation – The second email, also from confirmation@farera.com, confirms that your tickets have been issued.
If you haven’t received these emails, please check your spam or junk folder and ensure that emails from farera.com are allowed in your inbox.
