Since we serve as an intermediary between you and the airlines, we coordinate closely with them to issue your e-ticket. In 99% of cases, you should receive your e-ticket within a few minutes of completing your booking. However, in rare cases where things don’t go exactly as planned, ticket issuance may take a few hours.
You’ll receive two emails from us during this process:
1. The first email confirms that your payment has been authorized and that we are preparing to issue your tickets.
2. The second email is your actual ticket confirmation. You will be able to review key details in this email, with the full booking information available in your personal account under MyArea.
Sometimes, we may not be able to issue the tickets within two hours. If this happens, we will notify you and do our best to expedite the process. This delay can occur because we rely on real-time airline availability data, and during periods of high demand, processing may take slightly longer than usual.
If, for any reason, we are unable to fulfill your booking, we will immediately notify you and release the funds so you can make another booking if necessary. We kindly ask that you wait for our confirmation before booking elsewhere, as your ticket is likely still being processed. Rest assured, we will keep you updated, and we never actually withdraw money from your account until the e-ticket is securely issued, ensuring a smooth and stress-free travel experience.
