However, in rare cases where things don’t go exactly as planned, ticket issuance may take a few hours. If, for any reason, we are unable to fulfill your booking within that timeframe, we will notify you and immediately release the funds so you can make another booking if necessary.
We kindly ask that you do not make a new booking elsewhere until you receive confirmation from us, as your ticket is likely still being processed. Rest assured, we will inform you as soon as there is an update. We never actually withdraw money from your account until the e-ticket is securely issued, ensuring a smooth and stress-free travel experience.
