How do I know if my order is confirmed?

Once your order is confirmed and your payment has been pre-authorised, you’ll receive two emails from us:

1. Booking in Progress – The first email, sent from [email protected], confirms that your booking is being processed.

2. Ticket Confirmation – The second email, also from [email protected], confirms that your tickets have been issued.

If you haven’t received these emails, please check your spam or junk folder and ensure that emails from farera.com are allowed in your inbox.
