How do I know if my order is confirmed?
After completing your booking, you will receive two emails from us at confirmation[at]farera.com that confirm the status of your order.
The first email has the subject line "Flight Booking (Order ID: XXXXXXXX) is Being Processed!" and confirms that your payment has been authorized and we are actively working on issuing your tickets. At this stage, your reservation is being processed but is not yet finalized.
The second email has the subject line "Flight Booking Confirmed! (Order ID: XXXXXXXX)" and is your official confirmation that the booking is complete and your tickets have been issued. This email may contain your PNR (booking reference), e-ticket numbers, and all the key details of your trip. Once you receive this email, your order is fully confirmed.
You can also check your booking status at any time by logging into MyArea on our website. All your booking details and documents are available there as soon as your order is confirmed.
If you cannot find our emails, check your spam or junk folder and make sure to whitelist messages from farera.com so you don't miss any future communications.
