You can initiate the cancellation process directly through your MyArea account. Within MyArea, there's a dedicated section for cancellations and refunds. Just log in using your Order ID and the email address you used for the booking, and you can formally request a cancellation and refund. One of our air specialists will reach out to you afterward to discuss the next steps. Time is of the essence, so please reach out as soon as you've made the decision to cancel. We may not be able to assist with refunds for travel happening in less than 7 days.
If you've opted for our "Farera Cancel for Any Reason" product, then you're in luck. In that case, we'll issue a voucher you can use for your next booking right away. To request this, simply go to the relevant section in your MyArea account. For future travels, we recommend considering this product to give you more flexibility and peace of mind.
