How can I check if my tickets are valid?

How can I check if my tickets are valid?
The easiest way to check if your tickets are valid is to log into MyArea on our website. Once inside your booking, you'll find your PNR (booking reference number) along with your e-ticket details. If a PNR has been assigned to your booking, it means your tickets have been successfully issued and are confirmed with the airline.
You should also have received a confirmation email from us with these same details. This email is sent as soon as your booking is finalized and includes your PNR and all the relevant flight information. If you can't find this email, make sure to check your spam or junk folder.
If you'd like an extra layer of confirmation, you can verify your booking directly on the airline's website. Head to their "Manage Booking" or "My Trips" section and enter your last name along with your PNR number. This will pull up your reservation directly from the airline's system.
Keep in mind that your e-ticket is not the same as a boarding pass. Your e-ticket confirms your reservation with the airline, while your boarding pass is issued separately when you check in, usually 24 to 48 hours before departure.
If you have any trouble locating your booking on the airline's website, don't worry. Some airlines only display reservation details closer to the departure date, so your booking may not appear right away. As long as you have a PNR in your MyArea account or in the confirmation email from us, your booking is confirmed and valid.
