In 99% of cases, you'll receive your e-ticket within a few minutes of completing your booking.


You'll receive two emails from us during this process:


  1. The first email confirms that your payment has been authorized and that we are preparing to issue your tickets.

  2. The second email is your actual ticket confirmation. You'll be able to review key details in this email, with the full booking information available in your personal account under MyArea.


On rare occasions, we may not be able to issue tickets immediately. If this happens, we'll notify you and do our best to expedite the process. This can occur because we rely on real-time airline availability, and during periods of high demand, processing may take up to a few hours.


If for any reason we are unable to complete your booking, we'll immediately notify you and release the funds so you can book elsewhere. Please wait for our confirmation before rebooking — your ticket is likely still being processed.


We strongly advise against making a separate booking in the meantime. If you book again before receiving our final confirmation, you may end up with two active bookings for the same trip. Please wait until you hear from us with a definitive outcome before taking any further action.withdraw money from your account until your e-ticket is securely issued.
