We understand that plans can change. Whether you can modify your travel dates depends on the type of ticket you purchased. Most of the tickets we offer are restricted, as they are the most affordable options, which means changes may not always be allowed. Even when changes are permitted, airlines typically charge a penalty fee, and you may also need to pay the fare difference for the new dates. In some cases, if the airline doesn’t allow changes, you may need to purchase a new ticket altogether.
If you purchased our Flexible Ticket option, you’re in a better position. This service allows you to change your dates without paying the airline penalty fee—we will cover that for you, even if it is as high as $150. You would only be responsible for any fare difference if the new ticket is more expensive. If the new fare is the same or lower, there will be no extra cost.
To request a date change, you must do so at least 72 hours before your scheduled departure. This allows us time to check the airline’s policy, assess availability, and inform you of any costs. To proceed, please go to the Extra Services section in MyArea and submit a Voluntary Schedule Change request. We kindly ask you to use this online portal and not the phone, as we require your passport details and other information to process the request properly.
