Whether you can change your travel dates depends on the type of ticket you purchased. Most tickets are restricted, and modifications may be limited or subject to airline penalty fees and fare differences.

To request a date change, go to MyArea and use the Flight Changes feature under Extra Services. This is the only way to submit a date change request. Simply select your preferred new dates, and our team will check availability and get back to you with the available options and any associated costs.

We strongly recommend submitting your request at least 72 hours before your scheduled departure to allow enough time for processing. Please also make sure your passport information is up to date in your booking, as it is required for processing changes.

If you purchased a Flexible Ticket at the time of booking, you have added protection: the airline penalty fee for changing your dates is covered by Farera, even if it is as high as $150. You will only need to pay any fare difference if your new flight costs more than the original one.

Please keep in mind that Farera acts as an intermediary, and the success of any change request depends on the airline's own policies and the availability of alternative flights.
