👋 Hello, traveler!

Back to Bookings

My booking is still processing. Can I cancel it?

No, not during that window. When you submit a booking request, the acknowledgment email forms the contract for arranging your booking, and under our Terms and Conditions that request is binding on you for 48 hours. Until the order confirmation email arrives, the booking isn't yet confirmed with the airline, and changes and cancellations are ruled out in between: there's no reservation yet to cancel.

What's happening in the meantime is that we're confirming availability and pricing with the airline. Some bookings clear in minutes, others might take longer, especially on busy routes at peak times.

The amount showing against your card is an authorization hold, not a charge. It's only captured if the booking confirms.

If the ticket can't be issued, we'll contact you with an alternative, which may be at a different price. If there's no alternative, or you'd rather not pay the difference, the booking is canceled at no cost and the payment is released.

One thing we'd ask: please don't book the same trip elsewhere in the meantime. If both bookings confirm, the airline may cancel one or both as duplicates. We do not cover alternative arrangements or related expenses.
