The baggage shown when I booked is not on my ticket
Baggage allowances shown on our platform come from the information available to us at the time of booking, and they're indicative. They may not match exactly what the airline attaches to your issued fare. Our Terms and Conditions set this out: it's your responsibility to confirm the exact allowance with the airline, and we're not liable for discrepancies.
To see what your ticket actually includes, retrieve your booking on the airline's website under manage booking, using your surname and booking reference. What the airline shows is what the airport will honor.
If your fare has no baggage allowance and you need one, you can add it on the airline's manage-booking page, or ask us in MyArea under Extra Services. Either way, we recommend adding it in advance: it costs far less than at the airport counter.
Baggage bought as an add-on is non-refundable, and a difference between the indicative allowance shown at booking and the airline's actual allowance doesn't give rise to a refund.
If your allowance isn't clear, message us in MyArea before you travel, not from the airport.
