Who am I contracting with?

Farera is the platform you book through. The company you actually contract with depends on where you're permanently based, which we determine from factors including your IP address, your payment currency, and the details you provide at booking.

If you're permanently based in the European Union, your contractual partner is MicroSignals Italia Srl, registered in Italy, and the relationship is governed by Italian law and the applicable EU regulations.

If you're permanently based outside the European Union, your contractual partner is MicroSignals, Inc., a Delaware corporation, governed by U.S. law.

In both cases, that contract covers our intermediation, meaning the arranging of your booking. The contract for the flight itself is between you and the airline, and it's formed when the ticket is issued. The airline is responsible for operating it.

Written claims about our own services should reach the relevant company at the registered address given in our Terms and Conditions, within the deadline they set after the end of your journey. Anything to do with the operation of a flight goes to the operating airline.
