How soon will I receive my tickets after completing the booking?
You will get two emails. The first confirms we received your booking request and authorised your payment. The second confirms your tickets are issued, with the itinerary, booking reference and e-ticket details. Your booking is complete when the second one arrives.
Most bookings are issued quickly, but some might take several hours, because we are confirming live availability and pricing with the airline. High-demand routes and peak periods take longest. If anything goes wrong, we contact you.
Between the two emails the booking is not yet confirmed with the airline, so it cannot be changed or cancelled. Under Section 6 of our Terms and Conditions, a booking request is binding for 48 hours from submission, and changes cannot be processed before the order is confirmed. What you see on your statement in the meantime is an authorisation hold, not a charge.
If the ticket cannot be issued, we contact you with an alternative. If there is none, the booking is cancelled at no cost to you and your payment is released.
Please do not book the same trip elsewhere while yours is processing. Two live reservations for the same passenger on the same flight can lead the airline to cancel both.
