Do you offer travel insurance?

We do not sell a standalone travel insurance policy, and we recommend buying one before you travel, especially for international trips and higher-value bookings.

A good policy typically covers medical emergencies abroad, cancellation for illness or family emergency, lost or delayed baggage, and missed connections. You can buy one from an independent provider or your bank, and some credit cards include cover. Check the limits, the excess, how pre-existing conditions are treated, and what counts as a valid reason to cancel.

Some of our add-ons cover part of the same ground. Flexible Ticket waives the airline's fee for date changes. Cancel for Any Reason gives you a voucher if you decide not to travel. Premium Disruption Assistance includes delay protection and lounge access provided by AirHelp under AirHelp's own terms, and in its Full Protection version a voucher if the airline cancels your flight.

None of these is an insurance product, and none replaces a policy. Use them alongside travel insurance, not instead of it.
