What is Priority Cashback and how does it work?

Priority Cashback speeds up your refund in one specific case: when the airline cancels your flight. You can buy it only together with your original booking.

Without it, we can refund you only after the airline has returned the funds for your booking to us, which can take time. With Priority Cashback, we skip that wait. As soon as the airline confirms the exact refund amount, we process your refund within three working days.

It does not change what is refundable. Our service fees still apply and are non-refundable, and the refunded amount still depends on which parts of the fare the airline returns.

Priority Cashback does not apply to cancellations you request yourself, to expired tickets, to cases where the airline is already refunding you directly, to airline insolvency or cessation of operations, or to force majeure events.

It covers only the ticket it was bought with, and it is not an insurance product.
